Better Morning, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Therapist/Counselor to join our team in Washington, DC. As an In-home Therapist/Counselor, you will provide clinical services to youth and families in a culturally competent and respectful manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and family counseling services to youth and families in a culturally competent and respectful manner.
  • Carry a caseload of up to 6 CBI cases and meet with clients 5 times a week.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to maintain and improve clinical skills.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, counseling).
  • Experience working with youth and families in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and circumstances.
