Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to join our SaaS Continuity Engineering team at Oracle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the creation of services and features for our SaaS services to deliver the highest level of availability and resiliency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior executives, architects, engineering teams, and external partners to turn ideas into solutions and deploy them to SaaS services across regions worldwide.
  • Develop and execute product strategies to ensure the highest level of availability and resiliency for our SaaS services.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, product planning, and test scripts.
  • Drive the development of high-availability and service continuity solutions across the entire stack – infrastructure, database, platform, and application services.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in public cloud services or enterprise software.
  • BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work optimally with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills, with a passion to solve sophisticated technology and business problems.
  • Meticulous, structured and detailed, while also having the ability to see the big-picture.
  • Proactive can-do approach, with a focus on results and deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills, especially in the context of multiple commitments.
  • Excellent teamwork, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) in a public cloud environment (Examples: AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).
  • 3+ years large scale project management and cross team collaboration.
