POSITION SUMMARY:

As a key member of our team, the Customer Engagement Specialist II plays a vital role in enhancing the experience of our members and guests. Under the guidance of the Membership Director, this position is essential in ensuring that our service standards are met and exceeded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and program participants, fostering a welcoming environment.
2. Engage with prospective members, providing tours and information about our offerings.
3. Support membership operations through the sale of memberships and programs.
4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to effectively address inquiries from members and potential members.
5. Build strong relationships with members, volunteers, and community partners.
6. Address and resolve membership concerns promptly, escalating issues as necessary.
7. Maintain certifications in CPR/AED and other essential training as required.
8. Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least one year of experience in customer service, whether in a paid or volunteer capacity.
- Familiarity with SPIRIT principles is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a non-profit environment is a plus.

All candidates must successfully pass a background check and meet eligibility requirements to work in the United States.
