The Quality Assurance division plays a crucial role in guaranteeing client satisfaction by concentrating on fulfilling customer expectations and addressing issues through comprehensive data analysis and resources available within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular and open communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as Ford, GM, Stellantis, and Cummins.
  • Collaborate on the design and introduction of new, top-tier products and processes.
  • Work alongside global partners to identify optimal solutions for challenges and enhance components and processes.
  • Execute modifications related to processes, components, and product design enhancements.
  • Employ advanced data collection software and methodologies to address and avert issues associated with process design, product design, and software.
  • Improve overall production yields and minimize waste costs through innovation, quality enhancement, and the adoption of new technologies.
  • Develop and document ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing quality and reducing costs and non-essential tasks.
  • Create audit strategies, process workflows, mistake-proofing measures, and controls to eliminate defects.
  • Educate, mentor, and guide team members on effective techniques, quality initiatives, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering and quality assurance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab, Teams).
  • Willingness to provide support for after-hours equipment and process issues, either remotely or in person as required.
  • Strong analytical skills; capable of deconstructing complex issues into manageable, actionable tasks.
  • Able to collaborate with diverse cultures, work styles, and motivation levels.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Over 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong aptitude for electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of Quality core tools such as FMEA and MSA.
Working Hours: Full-time
