- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Utilize 3D CAD software for modeling and design tasks.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing-related issues.
- Engage in after-hours support for equipment and process challenges as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor).
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as C++, Visual Basic, Python, and ladder logic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Relevant manufacturing internship experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with methodologies like 5 Whys, 8D, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Organizational skills and efficiency in task management.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kanban, Poke-Yoke, JIT, Value Stream Mapping).
- Experience in tool and fixture design.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of ergonomics and machine safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, Knime).
- Familiarity with PLC and HMI programming, specifically Rockwell Studio 5000 and Factory Talk.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Basic skills in using mechanical and electrical tools and measurement devices.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and electromechanical systems.
- Experience in operating and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
