  • Develop the revenue operations strategy according to our overall business goals.
  • Design and implement scalable processes to improve sales operations, including lead management and pipeline generation.

  • Develop dashboards and reports inclusive of applicable insights; create action plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the revenue lifecycle to improve efficiency.
  • Assess and refine sales processes, including contract terms and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue systems, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Lead the integration of new technologies and systems to enhance revenue operations capabilities.

  • Conduct ongoing analysis on product usage, pricing, contract terms, and competitive market trends to identify opportunities to simplify and improve revenue growth.
