The Role

As a Channel Account Manager at Envoy, you will play a critical role in driving results and achieving targets. You will prospect into target Strategic Partners, respond to inbound Partner requests, and work to onboard and enable partners to generate opportunities and sell Envoy to existing and prospective customers. Effective stakeholder management, both internal and external, is essential for building strong partner relationships and driving partner ARR to Envoy.

This is a hybrid position that requires at least 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our New York office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving deal registration and revenue goals through partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Signing, training, enabling, and managing new partners.
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and engaging in new partner accounts and opportunities.
  • Working with partners to source new opportunities with large potential customers.
  • Attending events with partners and customers to source large opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and partner teams to ensure deals progress and close.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with leadership at partner organizations.
  • Improving the strategic process of the Envoy partnerships team.
  • Traveling 25-50% for partner field engagement activities and events.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrable results in channel account management.
  • Familiarity with partnership agreement terms (Affiliate, Reseller, and Technology).
  • A track record of carrying a revenue number and influencing project/program development.
  • Experience in early-stage, fast-growing companies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop a vision.
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on challenges.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation software (e.g., Outreach).
  • A desire to work closely with your peers in the office 3 days a week.
