Job Summary

The Evangelical Covenant Church seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fulfillment Center Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for developing print and digital designs from concept to completion, working closely with our Design Director and Manager of the Fulfillment Center/Print Shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, produce, and update print materials for various projects using Canva, Microsoft, Adobe Creative Suite, and MailChimp.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand strategy.
  • Professionally edit and color correct photos to ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Operate various computer and print equipment, software, and devices in the print shop to design, print, cut, fold, collate, and bind materials.
  • Set up print projects for mail merges and fulfill online orders for printed resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Design Director and Manager of the Fulfillment Center.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Final Cut Pro, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with PHP is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion when necessary.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a professional office setting and occasionally in remote locations. Occasional travel may be required. The ability to lift or move items weighing less than 40 pounds and use machinery to move boxes and crates is necessary.
