Role Overview:
We are seeking a committed Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our leadership team at the Grapevine, TX Innovation Center.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing personnel, cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining efficient departmental operations.Your proactive approach will be essential in driving the growth and success of the organization by executing strategies that enhance productivity and help achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee various operational functions, including distribution, customer support, human resources, and recruitment.
- Ensure we consistently meet and surpass our clients' expectations.
- Manage performance indicators, identify and monitor essential metrics, and plan ongoing improvement initiatives for your facility.
- Utilize analytical reports and assessments to pinpoint opportunities for continuous enhancement and propose solutions that address challenges while capitalizing on growth prospects.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire team members within your facility; you will be accountable for establishing team objectives and managing their progress.
- Implement, adhere to, and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a healthy work environment and compliance with legal standards.
- Share insights with other locations and headquarters regarding effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and requirements.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- 4+ years of leadership experience.
- Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering results.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
