Job Overview

Peifer Hanson Mullins & Baker, P.A., a premier civil litigation firm in Albuquerque, is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency with phone systems, and strong computer skills including Office 365. Additionally, they will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who can provide a warm and professional welcome to clients, visitors, and callers, and assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all office equipment is functioning properly, and providing general administrative support to the team.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package, including benefits and incentive pay, and opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Starting salary range $17 - 22/hour dependent on experience and background.
