Administrative Services Director

Aqua Techs Pools and Spas LLC seeks a highly motivated and organized Administrative Services Director to oversee all administrative duties and office procedures. As an Administrative Services Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement effective office layouts, considering organizational systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with the service scheduler to maintain accurate calendars and schedules.
- Ensure office equipment is in good working order, supported by the IT department as needed.
- Process payments and records accurately, while generating and collecting client invoices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Services Director or similar role is beneficial.
- Familiarity with office equipment, systems, and procedures is crucial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Quickbooks Online, is essential.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills are vital.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
