We are seeking a highly skilled HR Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Friendly Senior Living. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, while also maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and ensure completion of all new hire onboarding data in HRIS
  • Communicate candidate status to key stakeholders
  • Schedule pre-employment requirements in a timely manner
  • Prepare and send rejection letters through HRIS ATS
  • Complete required references on all new hires
  • Present HR new hire orientations across the continuum as needed
  • Ensure 100% completion of requirements are met for all new hires
  • Ensure accurate employee data is inputted into ATS and HRIS
