Sales Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Manager to join our team at EVERSANA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent business results through the efforts of your teams. Your primary focus will be on providing project management, operational, and administrative support to enable the success of the Field Sales organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Aggregating, tracking, and submitting sales-related expenses, budgets, and invoices
- Launching and supporting new and existing sales and marketing-related programs
- Managing and supporting the Sales and Marketing contracting process
- Leading Sales and Marketing team logistics for local and regional sales-related physician/patient conferences
- Performing diverse and often time-sensitive administrative functions, projects, and tasks
- Coordinating with select vendors to assist in sales and marketing projects, ensuring company business needs are being met
- Ability to be physically present at the NY office location 2-3 times a week during regular company hours when required
- All other duties as assigned
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Travel 3 days per week in office in NYC required
- Hours 40+ hours per week Full Time position
- Education Bachelor's Degree
- Experience and/or Training Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries
- Prior experience managing diverse sales-related projects in the pharmaceutical or related field
- Ability to naturally partner, coordinate activities, and advance project agendas with multiple teams in all levels of an organization
- Prior experience with contracting, budgets, vendor management, and supporting US pharmaceutical sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to work with external vendors
- Strong decision-making skills using all resources available
- Strong interpersonal skills
At EVERSANA, we are committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,500 - $80,000, and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location.
