Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team, driving growth and expansion across the southeastern United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with partners and potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing the sales process from lead generation to close.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our services and solutions, and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of the construction, waterproofing, and building maintenance industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

Salary Range:$80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
