Inventory Coordinator

PETA Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our International Grassroots Campaigns Department, you will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive inventory of over 1,200 items, including costumes and props. Your skills in shipping, receiving, and inventory management will be put to the test as you ensure the on-site and off-site storage facilities at our Sam Simon Center are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and restock literature and demonstration materials
- Maintain accurate inventory reports for demo props and literature
- Organize and maintain storage facilities
- Monitor inventory levels and report low quantities in a timely manner
- Assist in purchasing shipping supplies at competitive rates
- Support the processing of distribution plans and production requests
- Contribute to the fulfillment of PETA literature requests
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Proven ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
- S. driver's license, a minimum of three years of driving experience, and a satisfactory driving record
