Key Responsibilities
  • Develop event themes, styles, and language for invitations.
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to determine event venues and logistics.
  • Coordinate event schedules, timelines, and RSVP lists.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate event arrangements, including catering, rentals, and custodial services.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and cleanup.
  • Manage event contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain event supplies and inventory.
  • Review and approve event-related expenses.
Requirements
  • Superior customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior university leaders and staff.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, with evenings and weekends as required.
