About the Job

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet quality standards and stay on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of construction management or site supervision experience, preferably in wood-frame residential projects. Experience in historical restoration and redevelopment is preferred, as this project involves the restoration of four historic buildings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects meet quality standards
  • Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and tasks to maintain seamless daily operations
  • Developing and managing project schedules, addressing delays to keep timelines on track
  • Overseeing budget adherence and implementing cost-effective strategies without sacrificing quality or safety
  • Enforcing compliance with OSHA standards and conducting regular site inspections to maintain safety
  • Maintaining accurate records, including daily logs, progress updates, and change orders using tools like Procore

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
