Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with strong math and computer skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a confined space.

About the Role: As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and assembling truck bodies, using a variety of tools and equipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment, following instructions and blueprints to ensure quality and accuracy. Our ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent GED and previous experience working on truck bodies, construction experience, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret orders, specifications, blueprints, and instructions.
  • Cut wood or metals to specific sizes using various saws, shears, and cutters.
  • Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners.
  • Operate pneumatic tools and hand tools.
  • Perform setup and preventative maintenance as required.
  • Examine finished projects for quality and defects.
