Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead our construction projects in the Norwich, CT area. As a key member of our team, you will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and tasks to maintain seamless daily operations.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, addressing delays to keep timelines on track.
  • Oversee budget adherence, implementing cost-effective strategies without sacrificing quality or safety.
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA standards and conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety.
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring smooth communication.

Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of construction management or site supervision experience, preferably in wood-frame residential projects.
  • Experience in historical restoration and redevelopment is preferred, as this project involves the restoration of four historic buildings.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong understanding of podium construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Benefits:
