We are seeking a full-time Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at KELLY JAZIRI, M.D.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

This clinical support specialist position entails both clinical and administrative duties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing patients prior to treatment and monitoring patients during treatment sessions.
  • Administrative tasks, including scheduling, taking phone calls, and assisting office management staff.
  • Prior authorizations for treatment and medications.
  • Maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields.
  • Patient care experience is required, as well as basic life support skills. TMS training provided upon hire.
  • The ability to build rapport with patients.
  • A compassionate and caring demeanor.
