Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to residents and vendors, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Assist with new resident processing, including distribution of materials, gate card issuance, and web site registration.
- Perform administrative tasks such as phone answering, filing, and record keeping, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare and disseminate communications, including memos, emails, invoices, and reports, ensuring clear and concise information is conveyed.
- Coordinate workorder scheduling and follow-up with residents and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a condominium or similar setting, with a strong background in administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and vendors who may have limited English proficiency.
