Key Responsibilities:
* Lead generation: researching, sourcing, and contacting Web3 projects to introduce them to our NEX platform
* Pitching and closing deals: identifying new Ultrade NEX partners, understanding their business, pain points, and opportunities, and pitching them the core utilities that we can offer to their business and community
* Education and awareness: advocating and promoting the core benefits of NEXs vs DEXs vs CEXs
* Client management: managing partner relationships from initial contact, onboarding, integration, to NEX launch and ongoing new product updates/account management
* System management: building and managing a sales funnel via our CRM system
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a sales or partnerships role at a SaaS/tech, finance, or crypto business
* Experience working at or actively using CEXs and DEXs for trading
* Knowledge of the top crypto L1/L2 protocols and key ecosystem project verticals
* Experience in lead generation, cold/warm client messaging, and pitching tech products
* Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
* Candidate with a sales person's active 'hunter' mentality at all times
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-starter and self-motivated
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
