Position Overview:
As a Hospice Aide, your responsibilities will include delivering personal care, supportive services, and light housekeeping duties as outlined in a care plan established by the Registered Nurse Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver essential care to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
2. Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting.
3. Communicate any identified needs and potential solutions to the interdisciplinary team.
4. Monitor and record vital signs as necessary.
5. Participate in team meetings, educational sessions, and community outreach activities.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in executing instructions.
- High level of integrity, particularly in maintaining confidentiality.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
- State-specific certifications may be required.
