Currently, we have an opening for a Hybrid Biller. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Note: This position requires the candidate to be onsite 2-3 days each week.

- Independently manage and review patient accounts and delivery tickets.
- Create and process claims through clearinghouses, addressing any rejections.
- Work with daily billing reports effectively.
- Teach fundamental billing concepts and manage claim-related tasks.
- Process a minimum of 20 clean claims daily.
- Maintain an average of 95% or better in claim audits.
- Ensure timely completion of billing tasks.
- Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare setting with experience in processing claims.
- Understanding of government health insurance benefits and reimbursement regulations.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing software is preferred.
- Knowledge of Home Infusion Therapy billing is advantageous.
- 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and coding standards.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
