Operations Director

The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the success of BizLink Group, overseeing the performance, efficiency, and satisfaction of employees. This key position analyzes organizational processes and identifies opportunities for improvement, enhancing work quality and productivity. The Operations Manager develops and implements operational policies and strategies to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business units to identify products for local production.
- Develop, implement, and maintain processes, procedures, and programs to improve quality, safety, productivity, and profitability.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness, making changes as needed.
- Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations.
- Assess and analyze departmental budgets to optimize profitability.
- Inspire and motivate employees through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.
- Manage material availability and maintain a healthy inventory level.
- Lead teams (production, logistics, purchasing, quality, and customer service), identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
- Collaborate with executive-level management in developing performance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient task completion.
- M.S./B.S. in electrical or mechanical engineering related fields preferred.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Experience working in an ISO environment.
- Results-driven and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to identify weak spots in processes to improve efficiency and adapt to shifting business demands.
- Proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing teams.
- Excellent planning and project management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines.
