Position Summary:
We are looking for Behavior Consultants (BC) and Mobile Therapists (MT) who can deliver services during flexible hours, including daytime, after school, and weekends. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with children and adolescents facing various behavioral challenges, including ADHD and Mood Disorders, in their home, school, and community environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual and family therapy while collaborating with the treatment team to address the needs of both the individual and their family.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of treatment plan objectives for children and their families.
  • Introduce and reinforce positive coping strategies tailored to diverse children and their families.
  • Exemplify and teach respectful and assertive communication along with essential life skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and contribute to the review and updates of treatment plans.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Master's degree with a minimum of 9 credits in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling, along with one of the following:
  • A year of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to children and young adults.
  • Completion of a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.

Work Schedule:

Additional Requirements:
Applicants must have the following clearances dated within the past five years: PA child abuse clearance, PA criminal check, FBI clearance, and Mandated Reporter Training Certificate. A willingness to travel up to 50% is also required.
