At Holcomb Behavioral Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Behavior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing formal behavior management plans, conducting functional behavioral assessments, and providing behavioral consultation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee the implementation of formal behavior management plans
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments
- Provide behavioral consultation for clients
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
- One year of experience in providing mental health services to children, youth, or young adults
- MSW, BSL, or LPC licensure
- Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history
