Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a range of mental health treatment modalities, including psycho-educational groups, milieu management, and behavior modification strategies.
  • Assist primary nurses in managing patient needs and providing support services for effective completion of daily routines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or four years of experience in a related field.
  • AHA BLS certification prior to the end of the orientation period.
  • Act 31 training completion within 45 days of hire.
