Job Title: Licensed Behavior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavior Specialist to join our team at Holcomb Behavioral Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing formal behavior management plans, conducting functional behavioral assessments, and providing behavioral consultation for our clients.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Behavior Specialist will work closely with our clinical team to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to children, youth, and young adults. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement formal behavior management plans
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments
  • Provide behavioral consultation for clients
  • Collaborate with clinical team to provide comprehensive behavioral health services
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
  • One year of full-time experience in providing mental health services to children, youth, or young adults
  • MSW, BSL, or LPC licensure required
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history clearances
