Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team in Southern California. This role involves handling sales from large equipment to smallwares in our 40,000sqft showroom. As an inside sales representative, you will be trained to provide solutions to customers' bottlenecks in procuring food service equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Process, purchase, execute, and follow up on all sales orders
  • Provide consultation on product selections and manage project sales
  • Build customer relations via showroom interaction
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Action-oriented and have a sense of urgency
  • Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Ability to manage/coordinate several projects concurrently
  • Basic PC skills
  • Strong typing skills
  • Reliable, team player, and a quick learner
  • Strong organizational and math skills
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish or Chinese)
What We Offer

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission, making the total compensation package around $75,000 - $90,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
