The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets.
  • Maintain the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product.
  • Work closely with the Kitchen Supervisor and other culinary staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Substitute Tournant or equivalent role in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Proven track record of preparing high-quality food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
