Real Estate Investments Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Investments Associate to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will support the acquisition, analysis, and management of real estate investments, contributing to our growth and success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in financial modeling, including cash flow projections, valuations, and return analyses for various property types.
  • Support the due diligence process for acquisitions, including property inspections, financial reviews, and lease analyses.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to prepare investment presentations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze real estate market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in the management and optimization of existing investment properties to maximize performance and returns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and industry professionals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
