Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads and client inquiries, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Liaise between buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Manage leads and track progress through daily CRM use, ensuring tasks are completed and deals are closed efficiently.
  • Analyze market trends, property values, and comparables through research, data, site visits, and outreach to inform informed decision-making.
  • Build trust with prospects and clients to overcome objections and secure signed contracts.
  • Prepare essential documents, including letters of intent, market research reports, partnership models, contracts, and due diligence materials, to support real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to monitor the sales process and document follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and task management.
Requirements
  • Prefers a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior phone etiquette.
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired.
