Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for representing clients in real estate litigation matters, including disputes involving property ownership, lease agreements, land use, zoning, construction defects, and title issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, including disputes involving property ownership, lease agreements, land use, zoning, construction defects, and title issues.
  • Assist with a wide variety of commercial real estate tasks, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate litigation.
  • Current NC admission and SC admission (preferred but not required).
  • Strong background in commercial litigation.
