We are looking for a prospective team member for the position of Senior Executive Assistant within our Asset Servicing/Business Development division.

In this capacity, you will contribute in the following ways:
  • Engage actively as part of the business development team, demonstrating initiative and collaboration in a dynamic business setting.

  • Collaborate effectively with senior executive management and colleagues.
To excel in this position, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is strongly preferred (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and pivot seamlessly.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach within a team environment.

BNY Mellon evaluates market data to ensure competitive compensation for our employees. The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $56,000 to $120,000 annually. However, the final salary will be determined based on individual experience and market location, and is part of a comprehensive compensation package that may include commission, bonuses, and company-sponsored benefits. This position is at-will, and the company reserves the right to adjust compensation based on performance, location, departmental outcomes, and market conditions.
