Job Summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient loading of cases of wine and spirits onto delivery trucks, maintaining inventory and supplies, and supervising a team of warehouse associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates to ensure timely and accurate loading of trucks and receiving of products.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with local and federal laws, as well as OSHA regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supervise and train warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related business area, with a proven track record of leadership and supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 65 pounds and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Knowledge of logistics systems and processes.

Competencies

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
