Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Wirtz Beverage Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, supplies, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OSHA requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, improving processes, and driving results.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a people management role.
  • Knowledge of logistics systems and software.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to remain stationary for extended periods, communicate effectively, and operate a computer and other equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 65 pounds may be required.
