The Director of Food and Beverage is a pivotal role within our hotel, responsible for driving the success of all food and beverage operations. This includes overseeing banquets, catering, restaurants, bars, in-room dining, club lounges, and minibars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage food and beverage operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to support and develop management and hourly staff
  • Collaborate with sales and events teams to meet group requirements and drive revenue growth
  • Manage menus, inventory, and expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Schedule and manage staff to meet business demands and budget
  • Participate in marketing meetings and creative programming initiatives to enhance the guest experience
  • Contribute to budgeting processes and P&L reviews to ensure financial accuracy
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Beverage certification preferred
  • Supervisory, coaching, and staff development experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills in English
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, write, lift, bend, climb, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
