As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience at our venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all food and beverage standards are met, including quality, presentation, and timeliness.
  • Manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and festivals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant or live entertainment environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and local liquor laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Point of Sales knowledge, preferably MICROS.
  • Some college or college degree.
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
  • Working environment is fast-paced, loud, and stressful.
  • Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 35 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
