Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Manage inventory levels, receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Coordinate and implement warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement training programs for warehouse staff
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity in a warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, reach, and kneel as needed
