Overview

We are a rapidly growing professional services firm looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of professional office experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing front office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the tone with clients and ensure our operations run smoothly.
  • Manage front office operations, including client service, staff management, and vendor relations.
  • Oversee project workflow, including scanning, filing, and processing information.
  • Follow detailed procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely responses and resolutions.
  • Write professional business correspondence for clients and government entities.
  • Perform general office duties, including phone management, scheduling, and filing.
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable and Payable, manage department expenses.
  • Support other projects related to accounting and tax.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional office experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, A/R, and A/P is preferred.
  • Superior attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills.
  • Independent worker and learner, willing to take on new tasks and projects.
  • Ability to self-manage, proactive problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Quick learning of new technology systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, plus benefits such as 401(k) and medical insurance.
