Executive Culinary Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of the José Andrés Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our premier restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage service labor, scheduling, and payroll using tools such as Toast, Team Live, Open Table, and Point of Sales systems.
- Exceed guests' expectations by providing leadership to a talented team of professionals working to create an authentic, friendly, enthusiastic, professional culinary experience paired with impeccable service and a genuine sense of hospitality.
- Be a brand Ambassador, Innovate, teach, learn, commit, grow and seek out opportunities to communicate Jose Andres Group's vision.
- Competitive Pay with a performance-based bonus: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
