Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Support: Greet individuals arriving at the office with a professional and courteous demeanor, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the location manager and other Rice Companies personnel as needed, including data collection, audits, and reporting.
  • Customer Service: Answer multi-line telephone systems, route calls to appropriate staff members, and serve as a backup to other locations as needed.
  • Office Management: Oversee conference room calendars, manage office housekeeping and supplies, and ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
  • Special Events: Assist with planning and executing location-based special events and celebrations.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with experience with Procore or similar CSM software preferred.
  • Experience: Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or customer service role.
