Marketing Partnerships Analyst

Join Avelo Airlines, Inc. as a Marketing Partnerships Analyst and play a key role in building strategic partnerships to drive brand awareness and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand value.
  • Develop and implement partnership marketing plans that align with Avelo's overall marketing strategy.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and activations involving partners.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnership programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate reports on partnership performance, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that are clear and concise in determining the value-add from the partnership to Avelo.
  • Make recommendations on new or existing partnership agreements based on data and analysis.
  • Organize the delivery of marketing assets for partnership campaigns, including digital content, promotional materials, and co-branded initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing partnerships, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership management and campaign execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
  • Prior experience in the airline industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective partnership marketing plans.
  • Negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and deriving insights to drive partnership performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
