Job Title: Paid Search Engine Marketing Strategist

Mediassociates is seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Engine Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated Paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex digital campaigns from inception to ongoing management, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in Paid Search.
  • Participate in and lead internal and client presentations on performance reporting and insights, opportunities, and emerging trends.
  • Assist in leading the development of processes and automation, optimization schedules, training, and overall capabilities across internal teams.
  • Foster a collaborative team mindset and be willing to assist team members where needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the paid search ecosystem.
  • Agency experience required.
  • Solid understanding of Paid YouTube strategies and best practices preferred.
  • Strong foundation and passion for digital media and advertising landscape, with experience in running tactics outside of search a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex client campaigns and relationships against performance metrics.
  • Experience utilizing bid-management platforms (Search Ads 360, Skai, Marin) to support and manage campaigns.
  • Expertise within Google/Bing editor platforms.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to speak with and present to internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
  • Google/Microsoft Certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including Microsoft Excel and math proficiency.
  • Ability to think proactively, maintain a high level of productivity, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Desire to work within a collaborative team setting while also being able to work independently.
