- Support diversity & inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process
- Responsible for Metrics Reporting, Talent Insights, and Workforce Planning Analysis
- Create a structured reporting framework that outlines key metrics to be tracked and reported regularly
- Track efforts by using data from our ATS and other platforms; providing analysis and insights on hiring efforts, turnover, time to hire, cost of hire, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years combined recruiting and Human Resources experience or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources
- Minimum of 7-10 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Prior experience with high volume recruiting required
- Experience at a high-growth company and in fast-paced environments is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of previous people management experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to take data, draw insights, and conclusions to influence and drive the overall hiring strategy
- Experience using an ATS with sophisticated reporting capabilities (we use Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrable ability to implement sourcing strategies that build a representative and inclusive candidate pipeline with knowledge of Diversity Talent techniques
- Excitement about using innovative recruiting trends and practices to continually refine and improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
- Ability to communicate, interact, influence, and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Great organization habits and a keen eye for detail
- Competitive salary range: $126,000 - $183,525
