About the Role

The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the industry. This role will work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business needs
  • Lead a team of recruiting professionals to execute recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Refine and communicate the full cycle of recruiting to meet organizational goals and growth
  • Establish and execute talent acquisition strategies to deliver on hiring expectations to drive organizational growth
  • Champion the candidate experience by embracing every interaction with a candidate as an opportunity to showcase our people, culture, and core values
  • Support diversity & inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process
  • Responsible for Metrics Reporting, Talent Insights, and Workforce Planning Analysis
  • Create a structured reporting framework that outlines key metrics to be tracked and reported regularly
  • Track efforts by using data from our ATS and other platforms; providing analysis and insights on hiring efforts, turnover, time to hire, cost of hire, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years combined recruiting and Human Resources experience or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Prior experience with high volume recruiting required
  • Experience at a high-growth company and in fast-paced environments is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous people management experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to take data, draw insights, and conclusions to influence and drive the overall hiring strategy
  • Experience using an ATS with sophisticated reporting capabilities (we use Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Demonstrable ability to implement sourcing strategies that build a representative and inclusive candidate pipeline with knowledge of Diversity Talent techniques
  • Excitement about using innovative recruiting trends and practices to continually refine and improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
  • Ability to communicate, interact, influence, and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Great organization habits and a keen eye for detail
