Job Title: Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary:

DISH is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of strategic recruitment programs. As a Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives, you will oversee the creation and execution of innovative recruitment strategies, manage a team of subject matter experts, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment programs to attract top talent
  • Manage a team of subject matter experts in areas such as process improvement, immigration, and TA internal training and recognition programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve candidate experience
  • Analyze recruitment processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment initiatives

Requirements:

  • College degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR or recruiting, with prior leadership/management experience
  • Strong understanding of Recruiting and HR functions and interdependencies with other functions
  • Program or Project Management experience - tracking progress, recognizing dependencies, and aligning resources around program deliverables to ensure successful completion
