Customer Experience Associate

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping to drive the development of our best-in-class client interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and requests via various channels, including email, chat, and scheduled phone calls.
- Transfer Processing: Assist with incoming and outgoing transfers, money movements, and technical troubleshooting.
- Escalation and Best Practices: Escalate customer issues and help develop best practices for efficient customer engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our custodian, Apex, and serve as the middleman between them and our clients.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current procedures and offer suggestions to increase workflow accuracy and efficiency.
- Product Management: Translate customer needs into recommendations for engineering, providing an opportunity to learn the ropes of product management and directly influence the Titan roadmap.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must be licensed to work in the financial industry.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success/Service role in the financial space.
- Skills: Ability to work independently and in a team environment, handle customer inquiries and issues, troubleshoot technical issues, and possess excellent written and communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Anticipated annual salary range: $25-$60 per hour depending on experience.
