Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support experiences to customers through live conversations, prioritizing their needs above all.
  • Actively switch between channels to ensure seamless support, resolving numerous issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve tickets and improve product needs by understanding trends in support-related topics.
  • Manage and document all work performed within the customer support inquiry.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be integral to Melio's success, working cross-functionally with stakeholders across the company and with our partners.
