- Actively switch between channels to ensure seamless support, resolving numerous issues efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve tickets and improve product needs by understanding trends in support-related topics.
- Manage and document all work performed within the customer support inquiry.
The Customer Experience Team is the heart and soul of our brand, and we pride ourselves on instilling a high-performance culture that recognizes great work and celebrates team and individual success. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be integral to Melio's success, working cross-functionally with stakeholders across the company and with our partners.
