**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to homeowners and contractors throughout the renovation process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide timely and effective support to homeowners and contractors via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and contractors to ensure a positive renovation experience
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

**Requirements**

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the construction or renovation industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

**What We Offer**

  • Competitive salary range: $73,000 - $87,000
